Job summary

BuzzTechMedia is seeking an Inside Account Manager to drive growth by engaging with businesses across industries, introducing BuzzTechMedia solutions, and guiding clients from prospect to long-term partner. You will nurture relationships, manage inbound and outbound leads, and coordinate with internal teams for a seamless onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling a fast-paced inside sales pipeline while delivering clear product presentations

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced inside sales pipeline and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through outbound outreach, inbound follow-ups, and networking
• Present our services clearly and confidently to prospective customers
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored service solutions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and deals in CRM tools
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and an exceptional client experience
