Perfect Venue is hiring its first Head of Marketing to own market messaging, demand generation, and the campaign engine. You will write copy, run campaigns, and manage agency partners across performance, content, and design with AI baked into every step.

This role sits on the leadership team and reports to the CEO. The position is based in San Francisco, three days per week in the office, with a focus on building pipeline and driving revenue through a hands‑on, metrics‑driven approach.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership with pipeline ownership.
• Hands‑on practitioner who writes copy and runs campaigns.
• Daily use of AI tools and ability to change team processes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and strategy definition.
• Ability to read funnels: CAC, payback, channel mix.
• Experience managing agencies and extracting real work.
• Experience selling to operators in hospitality or related sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Own inbound demand generation, build multi‑channel engine, know CAC, payback, and conversion.
• Collaborate with BDR, inside sales, and account management; measure pipeline and revenue.
• Lead lifecycle from first touch to expansion with targeted campaigns.
• Create segmentation and triggers in HubSpot for timely messaging.
• Drive content engine (blog, video, stories) and SEO initiatives.
• Frame brand and social presence across channels and assets.
• Own analytics, attribution, and weekly performance reviews; run experiments with AI.
