Job summary

Perfect Venue is seeking its first Head of Marketing to own demand generation, lifecycle, content, and analytics. You will write copy, run campaigns, manage agencies, and leverage AI across the marketing stack. This is a hands-on, leadership role reporting to the CEO and part of the leadership team.

The role is based in San Francisco, with in-office work three days per week. You will own inbound and outbound pipeline, build HubSpot-driven segmentation, and run a content engine spanning blog,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership.
• Writes own copy and runs campaigns.
• Uses AI tools daily and has changed team workflows.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and can define strategy.
• Reads funnel metrics (CAC, payback) to argue decisions.
• Experience managing agencies and extracting real value.
• Experience selling to operators, not just software folks.

Responsibilities

• Own the inbound pipeline across paid search, paid social, retargeting, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with BDR, inside sales, and account management; marketing is measured by qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Own the journey from first touch to closed won; manage nurture, onboarding, and expansion campaigns.
• Build segmentation and triggers in HubSpot so the right message reaches the right venue.
• Run content engine (blog, video, stories) and own organic search strategy.
• Sharpen brand messaging across website, decks, and sales calls.
• Own marketing analytics and attribution from spend to revenue; run experiments with AI.
