Perfect Venue in San Francisco, CA is seeking a hands-on Marketing leader focused on demand generation and growth. You will own the end-to-end marketing engine—from paid campaigns to lifecycle nurture—while coordinating with design, content, and agencies to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue.

You will lead content strategy, SEO, and brand messaging, and run analytics to optimize CAC and ROI. This role requires office presence five days a week in SF.

Qualifications

• GTM strategy and execution experience in startups or similar
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions
• Experience managing external agencies and keeping outputs on scope and quality

Responsabilités

• Own the inbound pipeline across paid search, social, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Build and optimize content, SEO, and site experience to support demand.
• Maintain brand consistency across website, decks, and outreach.
• Own attribution, reporting, and weekly performance reviews with AI-enabled testing.
