Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness with a track record of success.
• 2–4 years of progressive management supervising 3–10+ employees with measurable development outcomes.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams with a strong service focus and a robust service culture.
• Create an outstanding member and team member experience with a high-performance culture through people development, innovation, and collaboration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire; Training provided.
• Personal training certification within 90 days of hire (NASM/ISSA) or degree in Exercise Science may satisfy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales, fitness, retail, and revenue, exceeding targets.
