24 Hour Fitness in Rialto, CA is seeking a General Manager to drive membership growth, revenue, and member experience. You will lead a high-performing team to achieve ambitious sales goals and deliver an exceptional club environment.

You will oversee operations, budgeting, safety, and community outreach, fostering a culture of accountability and success. Leadership and people development are essential to guide the team toward targets.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in the retail/hospitality/fitness industry with a proven track record.
• 2-4 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable development outcomes.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire; training provided.
• Personal Training certification required within 90 days of hire or a related degree may satisfy this requirement.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales, fitness, retail and other revenue streams, exceeding targets.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team with a one-team mindset.
• Provide ongoing coaching and leadership to ensure a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Build relationships with members to maintain engagement and achieve fitness goals.
• Oversee club operations, including maintenance, equipment, and cleanliness; manage budgets.
