Google Colab is seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to lead paid acquisition efforts aimed at expanding Colab Pro adoption, developer engagement, and adoption in education. This is a high-ownership role requiring managing full-funnel campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Video, and Demand Gen to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts.
• Expertise across Search, Display, Performance Max, Video, and Demand Gen.
• Strong analytics with Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Experience with audiences including in-market, remarketing, and Customer Match.
• Experience activating first-party data and handling conversions.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage full-funnel paid acquisition strategies across Search, Display, Performance Max, Video and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS and conversions.
• Manage large advertising budgets and ensure effective spend allocation.
• Collaborate with product marketing, analytics, and creative teams to support growth initiatives.
• Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and provide forecasting insights.
• Manage corporate Google Ads account operations, billing, and governance.
• Coordinate with Google Ads representatives regarding billing, credit approvals, and reviews.
