Job summary

B-Arm Medical Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a results-driven Google Ads and YouTube Ads Specialist to manage and scale our paid acquisition across the Google Ads ecosystem. The role focuses on Google Ads including Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Performance Max and remarketing, with SEO collaboration to grow organic visibility.

You will optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and work with content and creative teams to improve CTR, ROAS and conversions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Google Ads and PPC.
• Experience with Google Search, Shopping and YouTube campaigns.
• Familiarity with policy compliance and ad disapprovals.
• Experience with tracking: GA4, GTM.
• Healthcare/medical device or D2C e-commerce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns across networks.
• Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.
• Manage product feeds in Merchant Center.
• Conduct keyword and audience research.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams.
• Provide regular performance reporting.
