Marco’s Pizza, part of the Hoogland Restaurant Group, is seeking a General Manager who is energetic, goal-oriented and passionate about people and results.

Lead and develop a team to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service, drive sales, and control costs while coordinating leadership meetings and performance reviews.

Relocation is encouraged for growth; you will oversee scheduling, payroll, benefits, inventory, security, and KPI tracking to ensure a world-class operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Source and interview store employees to ensure they embrace company values.
• Train team members on processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with the management staff and supervise inventory.
