Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, operator of Marco’s Pizza locations, seeks a shift leader to guide a fast-paced restaurant team and deliver outstanding guest experiences in Hickory, NC. You will lead shifts, train teammates, and ensure product quality, service speed, cleanliness and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegate duties to team members.
• Deliver great guest service and resolve customer issues.
• Control food costs, labor, waste and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
