TitleMax in Belton, MO is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance and world-class service. You’ll coach a team, manage cash handling, and oversee marketing initiatives with a focus on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Compensation includes an hourly wage of $22.50 with performance bonuses and a robust benefits package, plus training and cross-brand advancement opportunities across the CCFFamily of Brands.

Formación

• Supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard office systems and POS.
• Wamiliar with store operations, compliance, and cash handling.

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team members to grow revenue and improve service.
• Identify local marketing strategies and partnerships to drive growth.
• Evaluate loan/pawn transactions and assess risk within limits.
• Enforce safety, compliance, audits, and loss prevention.
