You will coach a team, implement local marketing strategies, and manage daily activities to maintain top performance. A strong focus on leadership, training, and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this high‑energy, growth‑oriented role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team to grow revenue and ensure quality service.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and participate in community events to drive growth.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications and related transactions while assessing risk.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
