Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead the HVAC/plumbing division in Los Angeles. You will own the division's operational and financial performance, oversee field technicians, dispatch, and P&L, and drive safety, efficiency, and growth.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to streamline workflows, manage budgets, and develop sales strategies for commercial maintenance and residential programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing projects in construction or related field.
• Extensive HVAC and general construction knowledge.
• California Driver License with clean DMV record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong business acumen with P&L awareness.
• Journeyman/Master Plumber license a plus.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership: manage division budget, costs, and pricing to hit gross profit targets.
• Lead and mentor licensed plumbers, apprentices, and office staff; foster accountability and safety.
• Oversee dispatching, scheduling, and job workflows to maximize technician efficiency and reduce calls-backs.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow commercial maintenance contracts and residential memberships.
• Be the primary contact for customer inquiries and disputes, upholding a strong brand reputation.
