Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead the HVAC/plumbing division, owning its operational and financial success. You will manage field technicians, dispatch, safety compliance, and growth initiatives to scale revenue and profitability.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to streamline field workflows while maintaining exceptional customer relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in managing projects in construction or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction science or an equivalent certification with experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC and general construction practices; California driver license required.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership: manage budget, costs, and pricing to hit gross margin targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and office staff.
• Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and job workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Develop sales strategies to grow maintenance contracts and market share.
• Handle customer inquiries and project disputes to protect brand reputation.
