Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to lead a location’s daily operations, drive revenue growth, ensure safety, and foster a strong team culture.

The role reports to the Area Director and offers a base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential. Requires 1–3 years of management experience and a high school diploma.

Flexible to work 45–50 hours weekly, with responsibilities spanning payroll, hiring, training, scheduling, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced setting.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales-focused capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth while upholding safety and service standards.
• Develop staff, coach performance, and foster a positive team culture.
• Create schedules, ensure maintenance and cleanliness, and manage costs with BI insights.
• Oversee payroll tasks, hiring, training, and adherence to company policies.
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience and resolve escalations to maintain satisfaction.
