Job summary

WhiteWater Express seeks a General Manager to lead a location’s overall performance, revenue growth, and staff development. You will drive operations, safety, and service levels while reporting to the Area Director.

The role requires hands-on leadership, 45–50 hours weekly, and a focus on customer satisfaction, cost control, and team engagement. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, combination with experience considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth.
• Foster a positive team culture and coach staff.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, and adherence to site standards.
• Manage payroll tasks and hiring/training processes.
• Utilize KPI tools and BI dashboards to improve membership revenue.
