WhiteWater Express is looking for a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a WhiteWater location, driving performance, revenue, safety, and customer experience. Reports to the Area Director. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential.

The role requires 1–3 years of management experience, ability to lead a team of 8–12, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems. Flexible, customer-focused leadership is essential for success.

• Bachelor-level degrees are not required; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
