Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to oversee overall performance and operations at a location. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive revenue growth, ensure safety and service standards, and manage staff development to foster a positive team culture.

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential, and offers comprehensive benefits including health, PTO, 401(k) matching, life insurance, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail or hospitality.
• Supervising 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop outstanding team members while managing performance and retention.
• Create and communicate schedules for daily and weekly operations; ensure maintenance, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manage payroll tasks, including reviewing hours and ensuring policy compliance.
