Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment; retail/hospitality background preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities; able to coach and develop teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and POS systems.
