WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to oversee overall location performance, drive revenue, and foster a positive team culture. You will lead daily operations, optimize staffing, and ensure safety and service standards while reporting to the Area Director.

The role offers a base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential, and requires 45–50 hours per week. Car wash experience is not required; leadership and customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees, including hiring, training and scheduling.
