• 3–5+ years of demonstrated P&L management experience for a business unit or company generating revenue.
• Proven track record of growing revenue while increasing profitability.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and business development.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to establish budgets and metrics.
• EOS/Traction experience preferred.”

Responsibilities

• Own the overall performance and growth of the business.
• Develop and execute a strategy for aggressive, sustainable, and profitable growth.
• Establish budgets, forecasts, financial targets, and KPIs; monitor revenue, gross margin, and cash flow.
