Elektro Assemblies in Red Wing, Minnesota seeks a dynamic General Manager to guide the company through its next growth phase. You will drive P&L ownership, sales and marketing leadership, and operational performance with a strong focus on profitability and accountability.

The role requires a proven ability to grow a business, build teams, and develop customers while implementing an EOS/Traction framework and strategic planning. This is a hands-on executive position reporting to ownership.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of demonstrated P&L management experience for a business unit or company generating approximately $10 million+ in annual revenue.
• Proven track record of growing revenue while increasing or protecting profitability.
• Experience managing financial performance and making decisions based on financial data.
