The General Manager will own P&L, sales and marketing, operations, and organizational development, with a preference for experience with EOS/Traction.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of demonstrated P&L management experience for a product line, business unit, or company generating approximately $10 million or more in annual revenue.
• Proven track record of growing revenue while increasing or protecting profitability.
• Demonstrated experience managing financial performance and making decisions based on financial data.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team-building and communication skills.
