Tennessee Sign Company is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and propel growth across sales, operations, and finance. This senior role reports to the Owner/President and demands a strong focus on profitability, people leadership, and strategic execution.

The GM will lead cross-functional teams, set performance standards, develop budgets, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive management experience preferred.
• Experience in leading multiple departments (sales, operations, finance).
• Strong P&L and cash-flow understanding.
