Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production setting.
• Minimum 2 years supervising maintenance personnel preferred.
• Maintenance administration including planning, scheduling, budgeting, parts & vendor management.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics; English maintenance literature understood.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with hand & power tools; Lockout/Tagout required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical issues; interpret schematics and manuals.
• Inspect, operate and test machinery to identify malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on assets; manage shifts and overtime.
• Oversee safety, regulatory and environmental compliance in maintenance.
• Develop and manage budgets for building, equipment and parts/labor.
• Train and develop maintenance staff; utilize CMMS for work orders.
