Husqvarna Construction, part of Husqvarna Group, is seeking a Distribution District Manager to drive sales growth in the Central Texas territory. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, maintaining relationships with key decision makers, and leading sales initiatives for diamond tools and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in sales, CRM and MS Office proficiency, strong technical aptitude, and willingness to travel up to half the time.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; BS in Business Admin preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Knowledge of CFS (Customer Focused Sales).
• Willing to travel overnight up to 50% (car).

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales budget and forecast for territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and influencers.
• Test tooling and equipment with customers.
• Execute basket selling to be primary supplier in categories.
• Monitor market share and competitive position.
• Provide and coordinate post-sales technical support and training.
