Husqvarna Construction Products North America, Inc. is seeking a Contractor Direct District Sales Manager responsible for Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas.

The role focuses on driving sales growth, maintaining the current customer base, developing new customers, and expanding market share within the assigned channel. The position requires strong market knowledge, expert product and application knowledge, and the ability to identify leads and create cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong market knowledge and ability to assess market share and competitors.
• Extensive product and application knowledge in relevant categories.
• Experience identifying leads and creating cross-selling opportunities.
• Proficiency with CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 75–90% of the time by car.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales budget and manage accurate forecasts for the territory and channel.
• Execute basket selling strategies to become sole/primary supplier in assigned categories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers within customers.
• Provide and coordinate technical support and training to customers as needed.
• Maintain CRM and manage expense reports, car stock reconciliation, and cross-department communication.
