Green Thumb Industries seeks an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary to lead a diverse team and drive results while delivering memorable consumer experiences. You will support the General Manager in customer experience, inventory operations, and team development, with a fast-track growth path to General Manager.

You will oversee operations, promote compliance, coach staff, and ensure alignment with store budgets and loyalty goals across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery

Qualifications

• At least 3 years managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience is preferred for this leadership role.
• Ability to schedule across varying shifts and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state rules.
• Lead and motivate team members to execute promotions and deliver customer experiences.
• Maintain cash handling, reconcile daily finances, and manage budgets.
• Coach Leaders on Duty shifts, drive customer loyalty, and ensure omni‑channel consistency.
• Develop leaders and ensure timely onboarding and performance development.
