Job summary

Aptive Pest Control in Provo, Utah, seeks a Director of Demand Generation to lead our multi-channel marketing and analytics efforts. You will own the paid media, affiliate, publisher, and partner demand programs, and drive growth across upper and lower funnel activities while collaborating with sales, web, and brand teams.

We are looking for a strategic, analytical leader who can optimize spend, test new channels, and scale partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics, communications, or related field.
• Extensive experience in demand generation, growth, affiliate, or performance marketing.
• Proven leadership across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aptive's demand generation strategy across paid media, affiliate, publisher, marketplace, and partner channels.
• Improve lead quality, volume, and revenue through optimization of channel mix and creative testing.
• Develop new acquisition channels and partnerships with clear tests and scale decisions.
• Drive upper-funnel awareness through video, CTV, paid social, influencers, and local-market media.
• Oversee lead scoring, routing, and speed-to-contact with Inside Sales and Operations.
• Own marketing analytics and attribution, including measurement of CAC, payback, and ROI.
