Job summary

The Finders are seeking a strategic Demand Generation Manager to lead multichannel campaigns, content marketing, and analytics to grow pipeline and customer engagement. You will oversee a small creative team and drive paid and organic growth while coordinating content distribution across channels.

You will own reporting, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve ROIs and impact across marketing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or integrated marketing.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, webinar tools, and analytics software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement.
• Own reporting, analysis, and performance measurement across all marketing channels.
• Lead and manage the Demand Generation & Creative team of 2 direct reports.
• Coordinate content calendar and distribution across channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels.
