BestQuotes is hiring a Director of Affiliate Partnerships to own the Account Management function for our publisher network end-to-end. This is a full-ownership role: you’ll inherit an existing book of publisher relationships, onboard new publishers, and build the function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lead generation, affiliate marketing, or performance-based partnerships.
• Revenue-driven with a track record of growing accounts.
• Strategic yet scrappy, able to roll up sleeves and make things happen.
• Confident communicator, clear, direct, and solution-focused.
• Experience in Auto Insurance and Home Services a big plus.
• Analytical confidence to derive insights from performance data.
• Proficient with GA, HubSpot, Claude Co-Work and lead gen tools.
