AIM, a Premium Lead Exchange, is seeking a Senior Publisher Development & Affiliate Manager to own publisher acquisition, onboarding, relationships, and supply growth. You will recruit high-quality publishers, activate your network, and guide partnerships from initial contact through live delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in publisher development or affiliate management and lead generation partnerships.
• Established relationships with publishers generating leads or calls in Insurance, Home Services, Legal, or Consumer Relief.
• Track record of recruiting, launching, and growing revenue-producing publisher accounts.
• Hands-on knowledge of ping/post, RTB, lead distribution, inbound calls, and live transfers.
• Strong understanding of CPL, pay-per-call, CPA, and revenue-share economics.

Responsabilités

• Recruit publishers by building relationships with direct lead generators, paid search, social media buyers, SEO publishers, and call centers.
• Activate network to build a qualified pipeline and accelerate launches.
• Own onboarding from initial conversation to terms, integration, testing, and live delivery.
• Grow supply by identifying new verticals and additional volume.
• Negotiate pricing, payout structures, and terms that work for AIM and publishers.
• Match supply to demand with buyer teams based on campaign needs and capacity.
• Monitor performance, acceptance rates, volume, disputes, and gross profit.
• Protect quality by coordinating with compliance on traffic sources.
• Maintain relationships with partners and conduct regular performance reviews.
