You will pull performance reports, provide data-driven bids and pricing guidance, and deliver recommendations to optimize lead generation and conversions while fostering strong partnerships. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned affiliates.
•  
• Pull regular performance reports for affiliates including lead volume, call data, click performance, and conversions.
•  
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and updates.
•  
• Provide bid guidance and pricing recommendations based on performance data.
•  
• Communicate ad creative changes, payout adjustments, and optimization opportunities.
•  
• Assist with onboarding and integrating new affiliates and launching campaigns.
•  
• Address issues from clients (lead quality, billing, technical problems) and follow through to resolution.
•  
• Maintain regular communication with accounts and identify growth opportunities.
