Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Digital Media Performance Manager to implement media best practices and optimize campaigns across paid channels. You will collaborate with AOR and Digital Marketing Managers to maximize impact for customers, manage relationships, and drive enterprise reporting.

The role reports to the Senior Group Manager of Performance Marketing in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, with a hybrid work model in Marlborough, MA or Arden Hills, MN, and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in digital media planning and campaign execution across channels (display/programmatic, SEM, social).
• Familiarity with privacy regulations (HIPAA, DAA, NAI).
• Proficiency with programmatic ad serving platforms, social media and DSPs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data/results and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic role of digital media with Digital Marketing Managers and vendors; optimize channel investment and campaign performance; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead test-and-learn media strategies with Analytics, agency, and partners; use data-driven experimentation to drive value.
• Develop audience strategies across HCP/DTR/DTP segments; identify overlap and efficiencies across units.
• Lead development and execution of brand media campaigns with Global Brand Marketing and agencies.
