Job summary

Dolead in Boston is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager Specialist to own performance and growth for a portfolio within our North American team. You’ll join a newly created growth squad and collaborate with Customer Success and Paid Acquisition specialists to drive measurable results across paid channels.

This hands-on role focuses on testing ideas, analyzing data, and progressively taking ownership of performance.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition or growth marketing in a data-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and good working knowledge of Meta Ads.
• Comfortable using performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CVR, ROAS and revenue-related KPIs.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about why numbers move.
• Experience running tests across campaigns, creatives, audiences or landing pages.
• Ability to manage several campaigns, markets or accounts concurrently.
• Clear communicator who can turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Curious, proactive and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels including Google Ads and Meta Ads, with exposure to platforms like TikTok, Taboola or Outbrain.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify meaningful changes in performance.
• Investigate performance issues across channels, creatives, landing pages, offers, tracking and market conditions.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and prioritized actions for the squad.
• Support the development of growth plans with Performance Marketing and Customer Success teams.
• Build and run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages and channel mix.
• Collaborate with Paid Acquisition specialists to improve campaign execution and share learnings.
