Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid media, affiliate channels, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Strong track record of driving growth in lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Experience with marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance dashboards.
• Experience collaborating with lifecycle marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or e-commerce teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global paid media plans across search, social, and emerging channels.
• Set channel mix and investment allocation by region based on data and priorities.
• Own acquisition targets including cost per lead and return on ad spend.
• Forecast leads by market and align with pipeline needs.
• Optimize funnel from visitor to lead to appointment, with cross-functional teams.
• Manage affiliate and partnership programs and expand international partnerships.
• Collaborate with Digital Experience and Marketing Analytics on e-commerce and CRO.
• Lead weekly performance reviews and develop executive dashboards.
