Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead hands-on execution and day-to-day management of marketing programs that support our corporate initiatives and retail Loan Officers.

You will manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including paid media and CDP campaigns, direct mail, and other lead generation efforts, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to grow awareness, engagement, and qualified mortgage leads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, marketing technology, or a related role.
• Experience executing and managing multi channel marketing campaigns across setup, launch, ongoing management, optimization, and completion, including channels and technologies such as paid media and marketing automation.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data, analytics, testing, and audience insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new marketing platforms quickly and apply knowledge independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup, launch, ongoing management, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital channels and other initiatives.
• Lead Loan Officer facing meetings, training, and demonstrations by explaining marketing programs and providing guidance.
• Monitor campaign performance, maintain reporting, and use data to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute initiatives and support marketing expenses.
• Coordinate with external vendors and platform partners while following up on items and issues.
• Communicate project status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and expand successful programs.
• Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and open items while driving work forward.
