Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Branch Marketing Manager to support marketing and communications for the branch. You will craft content for social media and newsletters, manage campaigns across major platforms, and help create collateral for events and listings.

You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, optimize content for brand growth, and provide analytics on performance while coordinating email campaigns and CRM activity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with social media and content writing (posts, newsletters, etc.).
• Experience with Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write content for social media, newsletters, social ads, etc.
• Develop website/landing page content, print collateral, direct mail, event materials, online and print ads, radio scripts, and internal communications.
• Manage daily social media posts and engage with users.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns for social media (Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Edit video and photography content for social media.
• Manage CRM activity and maintain/pull Excel sheets.
