Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead hands-on execution of marketing programs supporting corporate strategies and retail Loan Officers. You will manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including paid media, CDP campaigns, direct mail, and lead generation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, marketing technology, or a related role.
• Experience executing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across setup, launch, ongoing management, optimization, and completion.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data, analytics, testing, and audience insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, conversion measurement, and marketing analytics.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups while driving assignments through completion.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with the ability to thoroughly review and QA work before delivery or launch.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate direction into execution, ask thoughtful questions, and proactively communicate progress, risks, changes, and outstanding needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic).
• Manage budgets, dates, targeting, tracking pixels, and other campaign requirements.
• Lead Loan Officer meetings, training, and demonstrations by explaining marketing programs and providing guidance.
• Monitor campaign performance, maintain reporting, and identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives and resolve issues.
• Communicate project status, risks, delays, and recommended next steps to stakeholders.
• Learn new marketing platforms, processes, and programs quickly and apply that knowledge.
