Rate is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to drive our high-growth mortgage business. This role leads integrated campaigns across channels such as social media, paid media, direct mail, email, video, and web.

You will collaborate with the Senior Director of Project Management, the VP of Marketing and Business Leaders to develop briefs and track projects in Workfront and ensure on-time asset delivery. If located within 30 miles of the Chicago Corporate office, a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days a

Qualifications

• Mortgage industry experience preferred.
• Workfront experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated campaigns (paid/organic social, SEM, direct mail, email, web).
• Develop marketing initiatives to support Loan Officers.
• Manage direct mail program, vendor coordination, and creative needs.
• Lead content strategy for organic social media and calendar planning.
• Optimize lead-focused email campaigns with the Strategy Team.
• Oversee video shoots, script development, and editing for social/web.
• Collaborate with development and SEO teams to optimize web content.
