Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in digital marketing with ecommerce focus.
• Solid copywriting for web and assets with samples.
• Hands-on Shopify experience including merchandising and promos.
• Working SEO/AEO knowledge for live ecommerce pages.
• Hands-on GA4 for conversion tracking and reporting.
• Comfort with structured A/B tests on live pages.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation.
• Strong design sense and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Exposure to both DTC and B2B content for a consumer brand.

Responsibilities

• Own website performance marketing for DTC and B2B across site assets.
• Collaborate with Design, IT and Sales to launch campaigns from brief to live.
• Manage Shopify storefront updates, merchandising, and promotions end-to-end.
• Analyze campaign performance and site metrics; optimize accordingly.
• Drive organic and paid traffic growth with SEO and campaigns.
• Own site analytics, funnels, and channel attribution in GA4.
• Create content and run on-site tests using A/B testing.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation.
• Report weekly performance to manager and propose next steps.
• Support broader B2B marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects.
