Job summary

Paradigm Partners LLC is seeking an Organic Growth Specialist to help drive organic growth across the company’s global ecommerce business. You will blend SEO, AI-powered search optimization, content strategy, analytics, and user experience best practices to grow visibility, traffic and conversions in the US, UK and Canada.

Position is located in Hauppauge, NY with a hybrid schedule (Mon & Fri Remote | Tue–Thu in office). Salary $80-85K + bonus, excellent benefits, 401K match with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing for DTC/ecommerce.
• Experience in content strategy and digital marketing for a DTC/ecommerce business.
• Hands-on with GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Shopify or similar platform.
• Curious and analytical mindset about future search trends.

Responsibilities

• Grow organic visibility, traffic and conversions across US, UK and Canada storefronts.
• Collaborate with Digital Commerce Growth Manager to shape strategy.

We are seeking an Organic Growth Specialist to join their Digital Commerce team and help drive organic growth across their global ecommerce business.

Reporting into the Digital Commerce Growth Manager, you will blend SEO, AI-powered search optimization, content strategy, analytics, and user experience best practices to grow visibility, traffic and conversions across digital storefronts in the US, UK, and Canada - shaping how customers find the brand from Google to ChatGPT and beyond.

• 3–5 yearsof experience
• SEO, content strategy, digital marketing within a DTC/ecommerce business
• Hands-on with GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Shopify or a comparable platform
• Curious, analytical, and genuinely excited about where search is heading
