Job summary

Fortified Brands seeks a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to manage website content, social media, email campaigns, and multimedia assets from its Garland, TX campus. You will help ensure a consistent brand experience across customer touchpoints and support ecommerce initiatives to grow online sales across multiple business units.

The role requires 2–5 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in Shopify/WordPress, email platforms, and content production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in digital marketing, content marketing or social media management.
• Experience managing websites with Shopify and WordPress.
• Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp for email marketing.
• Content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.
• Basic video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO basics.
• Organizational, communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft Office, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company websites, including Shopify and WordPress.
• Create and deploy email marketing campaigns.
• Support SEO and website content optimization.
• Monitor digital performance; provide basic reporting.
• Create, schedule and manage social media content.
• Develop engaging written, visual, and video content.
• Assist with photography, short-form video production and editing.
• Repurpose content across websites, emails and socials.
• Update Shopify product listings, collections and promos.
• Support merchandising and online customer experience improvements.
• Assist digital campaigns that drive online sales.
• Organize digital assets and content libraries.
• Coordinate projects and workflows using project management tools.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
• Support trade shows, events and other marketing programs.
