ResiHome in Atlanta, GA seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to own the company’s digital footprint across listings, email, social media, and campaigns. You will drive data-informed decisions, SEO strategy, and cross-market branding to elevate performance for a national portfolio.

You will work with AI-enabled platforms, analyze site performance, and lead creative development for organization-wide campaigns and community launches.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing strategy and execution skills across digital channels.
• Experience analyzing performance data to drive growth and optimization.
• Proven track record in SEO, social media, and site performance improvements.
• Ability to build and enforce brand guidelines and creative standards.

Responsibilities

• Own graphic design, email design, and digital assets end to end; from concept to delivery.
• Develop and manage social media standards and a unified voice across markets.
• Lead SEO strategy including keyword targeting, local search, and content roadmap.
• Oversee ILS profiles, listings, and broader syndication networks for optimum performance.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate content generation, optimization, and reporting.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and clients.
