Job summary

ResiHome, the national housing operator, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Atlanta to own the digital footprint for a national portfolio. You’ll lead branding, SEO, social, email design, and AI-enabled campaigns, turning data into growth and measurable results across markets.

You’ll build and enforce standards, work across Requests, Design, and Brand Operations pipelines, and partner with leadership to drive leasing and occupancy outcomes with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing, data analysis, and SFR/BTR experience, preferably in single-family or multi-family housing.
• Proven track record of driving SEO, social, and site performance and conversions.
• Comfort with AI-enabled platforms, mobile apps, connected devices, and policy development.
• Strong self-direction and ability to manage Requests, Designs, and Branding Operations pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own graphic design, email design, and virtual flipbooks end to end.
• Build and enforce social media standards and tools across markets.
• Develop creative for organization campaigns and community launches, leases, and events.
• Use AI to move faster: content generation, listing optimization, and visibility.
• Manage SEO end-to-end: keyword targeting, on-page optimization, local search, content roadmap.
