Job summary

True Homes in North Carolina seeks a Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing platform across our website, third-party ads, and brand outlets. You will manage the marketing team, develop AI-driven automation, and ensure content aligns with the True Homes story, culture, and locations.

The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing, leadership experience, and proficiency with WordPress, Adobe, and analytics. You will create SOPs and drive scalable marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing required.
• Five or more years of professional digital marketing experience.
• Two or more years of experience leading or supervising a team.
• AI experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe platforms, and WordPress preferred.
• Home building marketing experience preferred.
• Content generation experience including copy writing preferred.
• Public relations experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages True Homes Website Content and Information using the Website CMS including design, photos, floorplans, content, inventory, banners.
• Manages all email marketing and drip campaigns; provides design direction and analyzes results after deployment.
• Tracks and reports on leads, sales, cost per source and other analytics weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Oversees digital marketing partnerships and relationships with Website Partners, Google Partners, and others.
• Leads content generation that promotes True Homes Culture, Product, and Brand.
• Leads, coaches, and develops the digital marketing team and direct reports.
