Job summary

Essential Credit Union is seeking a Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist to drive the execution of its digital strategy in collaboration with an external agency. You will plan campaigns, coordinate paid initiatives, and monitor performance across web, email, social and listings.

You will analyze results, create monthly reports, and optimize member experiences through usability improvements while ensuring on-brand delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Blueprint or HubSpot are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns with the agency.
• Coordinate paid digital advertising and track performance.
• Oversee Google Business Profile and other listings.
• Analyze performance across website, email, social and ads for optimization.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports using analytics data.
• Evaluate digital member experiences and suggest usability improvements.
• Maintain website content and campaign landing pages via CMS.
• Create, schedule and monitor email campaigns.
• Develop social media content calendars and assets.
• Create basic graphics/videos using Canva/Adobe tools.
• Monitor reviews and ensure brand-aligned responses.
• Stay current on trends, regulatory considerations, and member feedback.
