Job summary

Sightview Software LLC is seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to orchestrate campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and events. You will drive MQLs, SQLs, and opportunities by coordinating with marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize buyer journeys from awareness to revenue.

You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and HubSpot Operations to ensure campaigns are measurable, tracked, and aligned with Growth priorities in a fast-paced healthcare software

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B demand generation or related field.
• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive leads and pipeline.
• Strong understanding of buyer journeys, funnels, MQL/SQL concepts.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, BDRs, Product, and Content teams.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
• Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute demand generation strategies in alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, webinars, events, and content.
• Translate product priorities into campaign plans and briefs with KPIs.
• Manage campaign calendar and cross-team execution to ensure timely launches.
• Run lead generation programs for MQLs, SQLs, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales/BDR on follow-up strategies and re-engagement of inactive leads.
• Optimize landing pages, forms, and nurture campaigns with HubSpot Operations.
• Track performance, ROI, and attribution; report to Director of Marketing.
