Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or related field.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and contribute to pipeline.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and funnel metrics.
• Experience with email marketing, nurture programs, webinars, events, digital campaigns, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Execute demand generation strategies aligned with marketing, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, webinars, events, and content.
• Develop campaigns for audiences, market segments, and buyer journey stages.
• Create briefs with audiences, objectives, offers, channels, CTAs, timelines, and KPIs.
• Manage campaign calendars and coordinate execution across teams.
• Monitor lead performance and optimize conversions through the funnel.
• Collaborate with Sales, BDRs, and HubSpot Operations on scoring and attribution.
• Track campaign ROI and provide performance updates to leadership.
