The role emphasizes leadership to deepen market presence, collaboration with underwriting and credit partners, and a strong local network to drive new business and client advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial relationships throughout the assigned market.
• Call primarily on privately held operating companies.
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, and financial decision-makers.
• Generate new loans, deposits, treasury-management relationships, and fee opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of COIs, including CPAs, attorneys, commercial real estate professionals, and other referral partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor across the client's broader banking relationship.
• Partner closely with credit, treasury management, branch/financial-center, and other internal teams.
• Structure and advocate for appropriate credit solutions.
• Maintain disciplined prospecting, pipeline, and CRM activity.
• Deepen existing relationships and identify opportunities across the organization.
• Build a visible and credible presence within the local business community.
